Just a teenage problem.

Elizabeth had not be too happy lately. She seemed depressed, and just down on her luck. She wanted to be left alone, and not have anyone bug her at all.

John had noticed her. He just didnt know how to approach her. When Riley was ever like that Kiara was the one who talked to her, but this was different

Kiara was making dinner, and looked over at Elizabeth that was at the dinner table doing her homework. She knew something was wrong, but they were not close enough to talk just yet.

John walked in the house after a long day at work "Honey Im home."

"In here babe." Kiara called looking down at the pot of macaroni that she had cooking on the stove. She smiled as the food was just about ready.

John walked into the kitchen looking around "where's Riley?"

"She is at Aiden's." She said looking at him and walked over and placed a passion filled kiss onto his lips.

Elizabeth looked up hearing them kiss and groaned.

He kissed her back holding her to him

Kiara giggled looking at John. "Babe I have food on the stove." She said, but did not want to leave his arms.

"Well you better go tend to it." he said

She smirked and nodded. "Ok." She said pulling back and went to the stove and turned off the stove and drained the macaroni.

Elizabeth looked up and rolled her eyes at them.

John smiled before looking down at Elizabeth "Hey sweetie. What are you doing?"

"I'm doing math. That is how I am doing." She said not to happy. She really did not like Math. She hated the damn subject with all her heart.

"Do you want some help? I know how math goes. It sucks for the Tritons." he said trying to be nice

She looked at him. "How are you going to help, if you don't like it either?" She asked closing the book and sat back.

John sat down "Eliza if its so bad for me I wouldnt even ask you."

She looked at him and opened her book roughly. "Here then." She said pushing the book to him.

He sighed looking over it

She sat back all mad, because she did not get it.

John shook his and showed her

"you can't do it that way!" She said looking at her.

"That is how your suppose to do it Eliza."

"no you can't smart one!" She said getting up.

John watched her "Then tell me how your suppose to do it smartie?"

"it says 'Quotient' meaning Divide not 'Product' meaning Multiplication!"
