A Prospal of a Life Time

"Look I am sorry. Just please come over to night. Let me make this right ok? Please Riley." He said sadly wanting to see her and show her how much he loved her. The thing was he had been working longer hours and working harder, because he wanted to do right by Riley and Alanna.

She sighed wanting to see him "Alright. I have to talk to my parents, but I will be over there."

"ok thank you." He said softly. "Love you." He said and looked at his house really quick. He had cleaned his house and had started a dinner just for two, so now it was all about if he could proof he loved her.

"Dido." she said hanging up and went down stairs "Mom, Dad." she called

He smiled, hung up, and cheeked on the dinner. He wanted to night perfect and that is what she was going to get. Perfection! He looked, and got out the candles and flowers and started to set up.

John looked up from he couch. 'Yeah?" He asked looking at his oldest daughter. He hoped she was feeling better done.

Riley walked over and sat down next to him "Aiden wants me to come to his place for dinner? I told him yes, but I had to talk to you and mom first."

John looked at her. 'Are you sure you want to go there? He hasn't been here for you for awhile now honey." He said, trying not to upset her, but be here for her.

"I know he hasnt daddy, but that doesnt change that I still love him. I want to see what he has to say. You know that if he does something that is going to upset me I will come home and it will be the end of me and Aiden."

He looked at her. "Ok, he hurts you I get to hurt him." He said looking at her. He did not want either of his daughters hurt. He would not allow it all.

She nodded "Agreed." she said kissing his cheek before going to get ready

He smiled, and watched his daughter take off running to her room to get ready. He hated this idea, but she was a big girl now, and could pick who to love, because that was her right.

Riley looked through her closet trying to find something to wear.

Kiara walked in "What are you smiling about Mr. Triton?" she asked sitting down next to him rubbing her belly

John looked over at her. "Our daughter is happy right now." He said looking at her. He loved that Riley was happy, but he wanted it not to be with Aiden.

Elizabeth looked at her. "Want help?" She asked looking at her sister. That is what sisters did right?

"Which daughter?" she asked

Riley looked over "If you dont mind."

"Riley." He said looking at her and touched the small of her back.He really loved his wife.

She smiled walking in. "Ok. So lets see. Black is always nice. Maybe sliver?" She asked pulling out two dresses and looked at her sister.

"So I take it she is going to see Aiden then?" Kiara asked smiling

"which one do you think is going to fit over my belly."

He frowned and nodded. "Yeah. We made a deal that is he breaks her heart, I get to hurt him." He said, and then smirked.

Elizabeth smiled and held out the black one. "Here you do." She said and smiled at her older sister.

"John she is always going to be your little girl, but she is going to be a mother and I want her to try and work things out with him."

Riley smiled at her younger sister taking the dress and changing

"i know, and I do too, but really. I don't want her hurt." She said looking at her.

She turned to her jewelery, and started to look for what would go with the dress.

"john I dont think any of us want her hurt. Everyone knows that she has been through enough when it comes to things like that."

Riley finished with dress and looked at herself

John nodded sadly, and sighed. "I hate hearing her cry, and trying to hold her and she turns you away hurts more." He said looking at her and sighed again,

Elizabeth sighed. "Come sit. Let me help with make up, and stuff." She said holing out the chair to her sister.

"John she is going to be fine. She is tough just like her daddy."

Riley sat down aftering putting her shoes on

He nodded and looked at her. "So smart." He said softly and kissed her head.

She smiled and started on her make up.

Kiara smiled "What can I say I have had years of practice."

Riley smiled

He laughed and nodded pulling her onto his lap and kissed her. He was so happy he was with her.

She finished and got a necklace that she had picked her out.
